Rudra Nua is a controversial figure in the field of the poetry of self-realisation. Many see him as 'the root of all vegetables' while others recognise him as the one they might see in the shaving mirror or sitting opposite them at the dinner table.

Cat Burglar
Another thief caught red handed: "How am I doing on the path?"
I'm always checking myself- "How am I doing? Am I making progress on the path? Am I kinder, more genuine, more peaceful?" Jeez- the mind is obsessed with itself. Instead of feeling ashamed (which is more mind coming in the back door)- there can be a sense of amusement and even tenderness for that wiley ole mind...Great photo Tim. Definitely captures the mind on the lookout for another nugget of me-validation.

A touch of constipation I'd say! ;-)
Some of us apparently live with constipation all our lives, but who is it who has the constipation?
