Rudra Nua is a controversial figure in the field of the poetry of self-realisation. Many see him as 'the root of all vegetables' while others recognise him as the one they might see in the shaving mirror or sitting opposite them at the dinner table.

Following the mouintain stream
Staying on the path through the jungle neccesitates scratches and scrapes as well as the discovery of surprise clearings. As Stuart Schwartz says "Suffering, used well. is a gift"

All very zen really. Your zen wen reminds me of that Haiku specialist R.H. Blyth who returning to London after 30 years in Japan was asked at a party by some proper-ish lady : Do tell me Mr Blyth - What did you LEARN in Japan? " . Madam, he replied, I learnt not to piss and smoke at the same time.
