Rudra Nua is a controversial figure in the field of the poetry of self-realisation. Many see him as 'the root of all vegetables' while others recognise him as the one they might see in the shaving mirror or sitting opposite them at the dinner table.

No one can do it for you.
The last words of Gautama Buddha, as fresh now as when they were uttered 2,555 years ago:
"Behold, O monks, this is my last advice to you. All component things in the world are changeable. They are not lasting. Work hard to gain your own salvation."
Not only can no-one do it for you, no-one can do it. There is nothing to be done, and no-one to do it. The "doer" is the great illusion.
As the late great Tibetan Nyimngmapa lama, Khabhutsel Rimpoche said,"Anyone who claims to see enlightenment dawning is either blind, stupid or deluded."
