SANCTUARY

The play unfolds quite beyond us, through us and in us. The world sees us as deluded inmates. Inmates we surely are, but inmates of the sanctuary from the insane. So few admit themselves to the lunatic asylum with the express purpose of losing their minds.

What is insanity?
Everything seems upside down and inside out, analogous to the way the optic pathways invert all images.
Is it sane to live as skin-encapsulated personality that wants to be special? That premise seems to be the basis of an insane world.
Thank you for this post, for questioned unquestioned assumptions.
